Moving through loss, grief and trauma workshop

Arrive on Thursday afternoon after 3 pm. The workshop ends on Sunday morning.
Montreat is about 30 minutes from the Asheville, NC airport. Transportation information will be sent with the confirmation of your registration. By car, Montreat is easily accessed via I40.
Cost
Total cost for the workshop is $795. That includes all meals from Thursday dinner through Sunday breakfast, lodging, and the workshop. You can reserve your spot with a deposit of $295.
Balance is due by March 19, 2024.

Dining Options
All meals will be in the Galax Dining room, a short walk from our lodge. You can read the basics about meals here.
Montreat can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free diets. Special diet requests must be made by March 30. Please include the information on your registration form. If you do not tell us, we cannot promise that it will be available.
We want you to have what you need. Please let us know.
If you have a special diet outside of those three, please bring the food that you need. We have limited refrigerator space and a microwave.
Rooms
Most of the rooms are two-room suites with a connecting bathroom. A few of the rooms make use of a separate bathroom on the hall. Most of the rooms are doubles and are located on the second floor.
All of our single rooms have been taken. If you’re interested in being put on a waiting list for one, please let us know with your registration.
